The Sundial Cafe sits on a quiet stretch of Hawaii Route 72, where the road meets the ocean and the pace slows to something human. We opened with a simple conviction: a café should feel as good at 7 a.m. as it does at 7 p.m.
Our space is designed for that full arc — deep, dark interiors that make the gold accents glow, large windows that frame the sky, and a bar that transforms naturally from coffee counter to cocktail destination as the day turns. Every drink is made to order. Every ingredient is chosen with care. No shortcuts, no filler.
